Peanut oil(Arachis hypogaea) is an annual subtropical plant growing up to 60 cm. The fruits, called arachids, develop 5-10 cm below the ground. They are harvested green and then dried at high temperatures to produce extremely tasty oil.

Sanct Bernhard Peanut Oil is made from 100% peanuts, which are well roasted before pressing, which gives the oil its distinctive flavour.
