African black soap "Alata Samina"

African black soap - natural soap made from cocoa beans and vegetable oils.

Black Soap is a natural soap originating from West Africa. It is gentle and suitable for all skin types as it contains excellent natural ingredients.

African Black Soap by FutuNatura brand is a marbled brown hard soap and is made traditionally, naturally, without further processing. In it we find:

The soap is made only from vegetable oils and cocoa pods and contains no sulfates, dyes or artificial fragrances. In cosmetics, it is considered an all-purpose soap because it can be used to care for:

• face- for facial cleansing, acne-prone and sensitive skin care... Because it contains shea butter and vegetable oils, you can also use it for make-up removal,

In the local African dialect, the soap is called Alata Samina, where "Alata" means "hot pepper" (or chili) and is also the term used for "chili or hot pepper vendor" and "Samina" means "soap". Soap was brought to present-day Ghana from the Nigeria region - brought by women selling chillies. The name Alata Samina roughly translates to "soap of the chilli sellers".

Use

Recommended Use: Apply the soap to the skin, rub well and rinse with cold water.

Shower Gel Recipe: Dissolve half of the soap in 250 ml of water, add 1 tsp of shea butter, honey and lemon juice. Heat the mixture in warm water until the ingredients are completely dissolved. The gel will naturally stratify - so shake before use.
