Use

Recommended Use: Measure out 1 cup of rice, drop into a pot of cold water and rinse well. Soak the washed rice in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain well. Put 14 cups of water and one teaspoon of salt in the pot. Bring to a boil, then add the drained rice and turn down the heat. Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
