Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil for gentle disinfection and care of skin and nails.

Tea tree oil is extracted from the tea tree plant and is often used for cosmetic and treatment purposes. The tea tree is a tree that grows in Australia and is extremely popular for essential oil production. The tea tree grows to a height of 7 metres. Its leaves and twigs are used to extract the oil.

The constituents found in tea tree oil have an antibacterial and slightly antiseptic, disinfectant effect.

Tea tree oil can be used for:

• skin care,
• inhibition of microbial growth/proliferation,
• massage of the scalp,
• nail care,
• foot care,
• acne skin care,
• cleansing of the skin.

Use

Application: Apply the oil on the affected area several times (2 to 3) a day. The oil mixture is ready to be applied to the skin and does not need to be further diluted.
