Magnesium chloride - crystals

Magnesium crystals - relaxing bath to strengthen and stimulate the body.

Zechsal Magnesium Crystals are the most concentrated form of magnesium chloride used to prepare therapeutic baths. A magnesium bath has a relaxing effect and creates a feeling of comfort after a hard day or workout.

The skin is our largest organ and has a great absorption capacity. The feet are an excellent absorption point for magnesium, so a foot bath is especially recommended. To prepare a foot bath, simply dissolve magnesium chloride crystals in lukewarm water.

Zechsal magnesium crystals for the bath are particularly suitable:

• for skin problems,
• for a relaxing bath after a workout,
• for a relaxing bath and foot bath.

Magnesium crystals contain 47% pure magnesium chloride, which dissolves easily in lukewarm water.

Use

Instructions for use: According to the purpose, prepare a bath by mixing magnesium crystals with water. The recommended water temperature is 37 °C. The bath should last at least 20 minutes.

Foot bath - Prepare the foot bath with 4 litres of water and 125 g of magnesium crystals (3 full fistfuls) dissolved in lukewarm water.

RELAXING BATH - Regular practice of magnesium bath is beneficial for the skin and improves its texture. The most optimal use is a 3-4% solution, which means 3.5 kg per 100 litres of water. Results are expected after a minimum of 8 baths practiced regularly for 4 weeks in a row. For an even better effect, the simultaneous use of magnesium gel or magnesium body cream is recommended.

RELAXING BATH AFTER TRAINING - Optimal use is 0.5 kg of magnesium crystals per 100 litres of water. We recommend a bath once a week or after heavy workouts.

Note: The product is not suitable for electric baths, due to the corrosive properties of magnesium on metal parts (e.g. in the pumping system).
