Camphor essential oil

Gaffory essential oil - obtained from the camphor tree, which grows in Madagascar.

Gaphor is a waxy aromatic substance extracted from the camphor tree (Cinnamomum Camphora), which grows in Madagascar and grows up to 15 metres tall. It has a prominent place in Indian cuisine, where it is known as Pachha Karpooram - literally meaning "green camphor".

Essential oils are volatile fragrant essences that plants store in their petals, fruits, bark and roots - camphor essential oil is thus obtained by distilling camphor bark.

Using essential oils in vaporizers and similar products can improve the smell in living spaces, they can also be used for baths, massages, pouring over stones in a sauna, and are often an additive in beauty products.

Spicy and woody scent reminiscent of eucalyptus - also excellent in blends with other spices and herbs.
