Use

Instructions for use:

For a foot bath, you need 125g of magnesium flakes and 10g of MSM per approx 4 litres of warm or hot water. A foot bath is recommended 2-3 times a week and should last 20-30 minutes.

A full body bath is recommended after strenuous work. You need 500 g of magnesium flakes and 50 g of MSM. The bath should last 30-45 minutes.

Warnings

Warning: Avoid contact with eyes. For outdoor use only. Store at temperatures up to 25°C (77°F). Bag of magnesium crystals should be tightly sealed to prevent unwanted moisture.
