Use

Instructions for use:Remove the insert from the packaging and peel off the tape. Remove the liner from the liner and peel it off, then stick it to the underwear. Remove the tape from the wings and slide them under the underwear and press firmly to adhere.

After use: Wrap the liner carefully and dispose of it in the trash.
