Apple cider vinegar - a fermented form of apple juice.

Apple cider vinegar (apple cider vinegar) is a popular ingredient with a long history of use in Chinese tradition and various cuisines around the world. It is obtained by fermenting the juice of minced apples (Malus pumila).
