• Never store the cup in a plastic bag or airtight container.
• Use potable water for cleaning during travel.
• If you experience burning, irritation, inflammation of the uterus or vagina, discomfort when urinating, or other symptoms that do not seem normal, remove the cup immediately and consult a doctor.
• If you find that the cup is damaged, replace it with a new one.
• The cup may change colour slightly over time, but this does not affect its effectiveness.
