Vegan Omega-3 - obtained from the oil of microalgae Schizochytrium sp.!

Omega-3s are essential fatty acids, which means that our bodies cannot make them on their own and we have to take them in through food. For example, fish, flaxseeds, chia seeds, nuts such as walnuts and almonds, and some seaweeds contain a lot of omega-3s.
