B-complex vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins that play a key role in many functions in the body, and their actions are complementary and interrelated.

HealthyWorld's Vitamin B50 Complex contains up to 7 B vitamins - B1 or thiamine, B2 or riboflavin, B3 or niacin, B6 or pyridoxine, B7 or biotin, B9 or folic acid, B12 or cyanocobalamin.

Combines up to 7 B vitamins - also contains inositol, choline and PABU.

In addition to the B vitamins, the complex also contains PABU or P-aminobenzoic acid, inositol and choline bitartrate. The latter is often classified as a B vitamin, as it has similar properties and our body cannot produce it on its own. Choline in the form of choline bitartrate allows for excellent absorption and thus better utilization.

Inositol is actually a sugar that our body makes from the glucose and carbohydrates we eat. It is found in all body tissues, but the highest concentrations are found in the brain.
