Herbal tea for respiratory tract

The herbal tea contains a unique combination of herbs!

Thyme(Thymus vulgaris) and Phoenicle(Phoeniculum vulgare) support the respiratory system as they have a soothing effect on the throat, pharynx and vocal cords. In addition, fennel relieves expectoration.

Best herbal tea ingredients:

• olists of oregano,
• leaves of nettle,
• black elderflower,
• thyme leaves,
• violet leaves,
• leaves of hollyhock,
• fennel (fennel),
• oman.

Use

Instructions for preparation: Pour 2.5 dl of boiling water over one heaped teaspoon of the mixture, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Strain and drink warm in the early morning and evening.
